Reporting to Ares Sales Manger.
▪ Implementing monthly/ yearly target per company policy
▪ Revision of daily sales and analyzing and comparing results against profit margin and
redirect it accordingly
▪ Destroy or merge damaged goods by returning it to supplier through accredited channels and
correspondence between supplier, warehouse and branches
▪ Revision of monthly target against actual sales and providing reasons for positive or negative
curve
▪ Monthly department visit and supplying report
▪ Visiting competitor showrooms weekly
▪ Addressing suppliers to support sales through sales presentations and contacting financial
department to facilitate with the supplier through formal channels the costs and systems
▪ Periodic follow-up coordination with agencies on training of sales staff, drivers and technical
support on new models
▪ provide advertising feedback per sales plan and coordinate with the designer and revision
before publication
▪ following up balances with warehouse to be worth no more than 50% of monthly sales
volume from the products that are 70% sold during a month
▪ Support with bulk sales for department projects

o Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Coordinate activities, establish promotions and achieve company directives.
▪ Build new customer base to maximize sales.
▪ Follow-up sales team
▪ Ensure that team is delivering desired results. Track their performances. Make sure each one is
living up to the expectations of the organization.
▪ Ask Sales Team to submit a report of what all they have done throughout the Day.
▪ Assist the Area Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to
achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
▪ Track sales performance through reports and statistics.
▪ Assist the Area Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
▪ Assist the Area Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate
business targets.
▪ Oversees the preparation of a monthly economic highlight summary for wide distribution in area.
▪ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
▪ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
▪ Responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with the client.

o Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Reaching sales goals as set by management.
▪ Develop customer base necessary to meet all sales forecasts and budgets.
▪ Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and
maintaining existing relationships.
▪ Serves as point of contact for business customer’s issues.
▪ Daily reporting and updates of sales.
▪ Collecting money from customers and to maintain the credit limit for
each customer and the company.
