▪ Operation and Maintenance of BMS system in MOI and Police contracts.
▪ Troubleshooting the HVAC system and control panels related to HVAC.
▪ Analyzing the efficiency of BMS system and replacing faulty sensors and actuators to give 100 percent output to ensure sustainability and power saving.
▪ Supervision of the sub-contractors in order to perform activities for ongoing project as well as further planning for renovation, AMC, CMC and new projects.
▪ Pricing the new contract bids and performing inspections to gather relevant technical information to estimate the cost.
▪ Taking care of the engineering department electrical team and coordinating with other departments for SEHA clinics eastern region.
▪ Organize and set up preventive maintenance plans for electrical panels, earth pits, lighting arrestors, DG, UPS, CCTV, PA system, Nurse call system, water systems controls, HVAC control panels, fire alarm system and building general maintenance including minor civil repairs.
▪ Develop sustainable energy conservation concept and maintain.
▪ Control and supervise all vendors and contractors for day to day activities for ongoing projects refinements as well as further planning for renovation, AMC, CMC and new projects work.
▪ Drafting and modifying shop drawings, as built drawings, reviewing technical submittal documents from suppliers and subcontractors.
▪ After work completion, inspect the work, verify invoice copy and submit to finance.
Responsibilities:
•Drafting tender, shop drawings, as built drawings, reviewing technical submittal documents from suppliers and subcontractors.
•Design for Lighting as per Design Parameters and Local Rules & Regulations, luminary selection and lux calculation with Dialux.
•Planning and implementing the work plans according to tendering documents and specifications
•Wiring Testing: Earth rod meggering, RCD test, insulation test, continuity test and loop impedance test using fluke megger 1654
CMW Project
Successfully completed command of military works project of “new store and workshop facility at Moshabahat Camp” Swiehan Abu Dhabi
Summary
I studied the project specifications and discussed with the CMW engineer, Obtained material approvals, drafted the shop drawings for LV and ELV systems containing telephone/data, and the fire alarm system.
I supervised the work at every stage of the project including installing conduits, wiring cable laying and panel’s installations.
Carried out all works in accordance to local and CMW standards and safe practices.
Successfully handed over the project to the client.
