• Develop and implement all HR strategies, policies, systems and initiatives aligned with overall business strategies and objectives.
• Lead and oversee HR programs such as talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, employee recognition, and retention programs to attract and retain high calibers.
• Develop and update organizational structures & departmental charts in line with strategic directions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
• Review and update the company handbook to ensure policies are compliant with relevant laws.
• Manage and implement the HR annual budget effectively to achieve departmental goals, objectives and company strategic plan.
• Develop and implement the yearly Manpower plan according to strategic goals and business needs.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process including screening sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to attract and retain high-quality candidates and build a strong employer brand.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage the company-training plan, identify employees training needs, develop the on job & off job-training programs to enhances employee skills and knowledge.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits program, reward system including salary reviews, bonuses, health insurance and stay informed about market trends.
• Manage performance management & performance appraisal systems including, goal-setting, regular feedback and evaluations to achieve employees & company objectives.
• Manage employee relations, including employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring that employee issues are resolved in a fair and timely manner.
• Lead organizational development, change and recommend appropriate corporate culture.
• Manage all human resources administrations and functions such as job analysis, job evaluation, job description, promotions, career path, diversity, talent acquisition, and safety & health programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics.
• Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital, which involve training, career development, and succession planning.
• Utilize HR metrics, statistics and analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Lead and supervise the HR department team and keep their ongoing progress.
• Participate in executive management and attend other meetings as required.
-Developing and implementing all required Human resources policies, procedures that help business to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
-Establishing human resources objectives and KPI measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals.
-Establishing and leading company Yearly Manpower plan and procedures necessary to -recruit and hire the company workforce.
-Leading organizational development, change programs and recommending appropriate corporate culture.
-Leading job analysis and job description programs and supervising employment and end of services according to Egyptian laws.
-Managing all human resources practices such as selection, interviewing, hiring, training, promotions, career path, job enrichment, job rotation, job enlargement.
-Identifying legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensuring their compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
-Leading the implementation of performance appraisal system and employee development programs and supervising employee orientation and induction programs.
-Developing and monitoring the human resources department's annual budget, and managing salary administration and payroll pay, making sure it is compliant with tax law and its amendments.
-Leading competitive market research to determine competitive rates within the market and ---establishing pay practices that help to recruit and retain staff.
-Developing and administering programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
-Participating in executive, management, and company staff meetings, and monitoring and -advising managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company
