a) Purpose of the job
• To contribute to the business development effort of the bank by attracting, serving, retaining existing and potential clients. To actively promote and cross sell all bank services and products to the existing corporate clients and to the prospects. To meet client's expectation, within bank criteria for growth, maximum profitability and appropriate risk profile. To improve banks image by quality of service.
b) Principal Accountabilities
• Identify, recommend and market well-reputed new prospects in line with the bank development strategy and to turn them into customers in order to increase banks market share & profitability.
• Contribute to the achievement of the budget objectives meet individually assigned objectives in order to enhance bank's market share within appropriate risk level.
• Receive and Advise customers and non-customers in order to satisfy their needs and build a long-term business relationship with them
• Cross-sell other bank's products and services to maximize bank's profitability
• Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions are adhered to the bank's policies and procedures.
• Receive, handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner to maintain or increase customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for the timely preparation, accuracy, and completeness of existing clients' credit memos within deadline as well as presentation of the new credit memos for prospects in a proactive way to ensure smooth flow of circuits and meeting clients need in proper timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding and follow clients to detect and potential business development in order to enhance bank's profitability
• Alert management on any deterioration or potential deterioration of the credit risk, resulting from late payment or otherwise (negative market information), and to recommend and implement promptly the necessary corrective actions in order to safeguard bank's rights and avoid any losses
