and perform LAN/WAN diagnostics from Internet level to
computer level.

- Computerizing Company works for all Departments (Accounts,
Sales, Administration and Purchasing )
- Creating Data Flow Chart.
- Hardware Maintenance for Network Components and PCs.
- Computerizing Company’s forms.
- Upgrading Server Hardware configuration.
- Upgrading Network Operating System from Novel Version 2.0 to
be MS NT Server version 4.0. - Upgrading all computer
configurations to be at the same level.
- Upgrading Workstation software to be Windows 98 for all sets.
- Entering Internet Service.
- Connecting the network at the main office with the branch in
Alexandria.
- Programming the company’s forms to fit requirements . -
Training for employees to deal efficiently with Network and
Internet.
- Increasing number of workstations from 15 to 35 . - Making
Internet full time access for all workstations using ISDN method.
I managed to mix between my Academic Study of Archaeology which includes Egyptian History, Monuments, Museums and Languages with Computer Hardware and Software so that I was responsible for the Computer System in Coptic Museum. On the other hand I started to Study Networking with Microsoft until I got MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) dated 2000 and completely turned my Career to IT.
