Working as a Consultant on the High-Rise Building - MASAR Project (Package B) in
Makkah, an iconic 5-star hotel development comprising three 26-story towers with
a total cost of 1.1 billion SAR. My responsibilities included:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all architectural works comply
with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and
method statements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP. interior, and specialized trades to resolve
design and site conflicts.
- Monitor workmanship quality and verify that installations meet project and
authority requirements.
- Assist in evaluating change requests, value engineering proposals, and
material substitutions.
- Ensure architectural installations follow safety regulations and support HSE
requirements.
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Provide timely responses to RFIs and issue technical clarifications, sketches,
and site instructions.

I was in charge of the hospitality projects for pilgrims in Mina - Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
and my responsibilities included:
- Reviewing shop drawings and coordinating them with other disciplines.
- Reviewing project specifications and submitting material submittals.
- Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure
compliance with contract documents, approved shop drawings, and submittals.
- Reviewing materials delivered to site to verify conformance with approved samples,
materials, and equipment, and reporting any findings.
- Ensuring that delivered materials are properly stored and reporting any
discrepancies.
- Assisting in the inspection of completed works and preparing snag lists.
- Monitoring start-up. testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Observing site safety practices, monitoring work progress, and reporting any
concerns.

Worked as a Consultant for construction of an administrative building for Kidana
Company. The project consists of three buildings each building contains (GF+ 5 Typical
floors) the total cost was 60 million SR my responsibility was as the follows:
- Preparation of Daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Reviewing Shop drawing and coordinate it with other disciplines
- Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance
with the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.
Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples,
materials and equipment and report findings.
- Checking that materials delivered to site are appropriately stored and reporting
discrepancies.
- Assisting with the inspection of completed works. Helping prepares snag lists.
- Monitoring the start-up. testing, commissioning and handover of the works.
- Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work and reporting any
concerns.

I was in charge of two Hotel projects, the first one contains (2B+GF+Pr+RE+Sr+14
Floors) in Aziziya costs 23 million SR for finishing works and the second contains
(B+GF+MZ+Pr+Re+SR+g Floors)in Al-Sulaymaniyah, my responsibilities were as the
follows:
- Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring
adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Inspect the construction site and oversee the implementation of engineering and
design specifications to meet industry standards.
- Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to
optimise project efficiency.
- Managing and supervising the site staff and ensuring that all team members are
working efficiently and effectively to achieve the project goals.
- Managing site safety, ensuring that safety protocols and regulations are adhered
to, and taking action to resolve any issues that arise.
- Taking the lead in resolving any problems that arise during the project and making
decisions with the Owner engineer that are in the best interest of the project.
- Collaborating with other project teams members, such as engineers and

Technical Office member for Danyat Makkah Hotel the project consist of Five Towers each tower
contains (2B+GF+Mz+Re+Pr+Sr+7 Floors) The total cost of the project is 163 million SR. my
responsibilities were as the follows.
- Assisting in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications for architecture projects.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the project team to ensure
that technical details are accurate and compliant with project specifications and building codes.
- Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members as needed.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
- Taking the lead in resolving any problems that arise during the project and making decisions
with the Consultant Office that meet the project's quality.
- Coordinating with the technical office team, including scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Communicating effectively with the team members to ensure project goals are met.

Worked for the main Technical Office of Bin Dubai's Company for project of
Administration of The Holy Capital and Hajj Command Building - Mecca. My
responsibility was as the follows

military project in the New Suez Canal was responsibi for the folowing
Supervising and following up on sito work and coordinating with
