Promoting and presenting company products and services in a professional manner.
Accurately handling customer payment in cash, cheques and credit/debit card.
Responsible for closing the shift procedures (Cash, Stock) to avoid any variance.
Manage bank deposit activities and make sure that cash is counted accurately at the end of day.
Complete required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting including daily sales reports, collected cheques, credit cards, bank deposits.
Processing returns and refunds as required in line with company procedures.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports stating sales performance, gaps and corrections required.
Developing a base of new customers and cultivate their relationships with the company.
Follow and develop sales plan & strategies through applying programs approved by upper management to ensure achieving sales target and improve performance.
Provide high level of customer service by increasing customer satisfaction and handling customers’ problems.
Coordinate with other departments to solve customers’ complaints.
Maintain company’s store Image and condition and handle branch administrative work.
Handle store operations in the absence of store managers.
Prepare briefings for the team to ensure awareness of Products and Services that company offers, improve performance and increase staff expertise and increase customer Experience.
Train and assist new hire to achieve the sales target and resolve any conflicts.
Handle filling & archiving of documents internally on a daily basis
