parts manuals, PC software & SIS.
o Checking recommended parts against available parts.
o Preparation of protective stock orders.
o Regular review of protective stocks.
• Prepares technical parts documents for other departments
upon request.
• Provides solutions for technical problems and helps with
technical data on parts.

inquiries in the shortest time possible.

quotations & back orders.
• Obtain customer purchase order & delivered them dully on time.
• Prepared quotations, tender documents study, proposed pricing

•Visiting the customer in his site and trying to offer the pumps suitable to his requirements
