Responsibilities:
Hires and trains Inventory Control staff.
Oversees the job assignments and activities of Inventory Control staff.
Collaborates with warehouse managers to provide performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Investigate the shrinkage and ensure to close the gap if any
Create the cycle count plan for the inventory control team
supervise the safety team and ensure that they implement the full safety process and audit on them
Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems.
Oversees stock item master, identifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers.
Locates items that may have incorrect locations or stock numbers to assist order processors.
Communicates with the Purchasing Department as needed regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc.
Ensures milestones and goals are met.
Ensures adherence to the approved budget.
Performs and assists with general maintenance and cleanup of the warehouse.
May travel to store locations within and out of state.
Performs additional related duties as assigned.
Physical Inventories: Complete scheduling, conducting, and review of physical inventories. Provide analysis of count results and resolve issues.
Reconciliations: Reconcile store receipts, PO transactions, in-transits, and adjustments, pending PDT transactions, DNS vs Negative on hands, invalid carton scans, aged in -transit
Reporting: Prepare various inventory movement reports as needed. Other ad-hoc analysis.
Support: Support the store, DC, buying, allocations, new store set up, and operations team as needed.
Systems: Database maintenance related to stores and inventory in Orcal systems.
- lead the Negotiations with the suppliers to reducing the non-sellable goods value with and the quality of the goods to avoid any loss profit.
- ship the non-sellable goods to the mother companies in Europe.
- Plaining to reduce the Non-sellable value and achieve the company goal.
- Claim the IT items on the portal for HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, Dell, Asus, Huawei .....Etc
- Follow up with the suppliers until they provide the CN and ensure that the CN amount financially received.
- Managing the non-sellable goods in the warehouse with consider all the free space and safety
loss prevention & invetory controller in extra store has a lot of responsibly to can control three scopes (inventory-cash-people).
A- Inventory, Resource Protection make control on the inventory throw a lot of things like: Control on Cycle count results, Damaged and DRTV report, in-store security devices, Security company performance, Return / Exchange, Opening closing, Scrap, Receiving, Physical count, First Aid, others.
B- Cash, Resource Protection make control on the cash throw a lot of things like:
Control on Cash pick-up and cash deposit & Cashier shortage, End of service, Pending manual Invoice, shrinkage analyses, Store /Cash officer petty cash, Manual Invoices, Fire Fighting & Fire Warden, Safety and security and others.
C- People, Resource Protection make control on the cash throw a lot of things like:
Incident /Accident, Investigation, negative sales, price override, control and identify any risk, store safety & security, reward on recovery shrink, training and others.
