1) Process carefullv all Purchase Requisitions assigned to him and to
convert them into Purchase Orders (PO's) to the selected
vendors.
2) Make sure that all requirements of each specific purchase are
covered as precise and defined in the Purchase Requisition by
the respective originators.
3) Proceeds with discount requests in excess to Rock Bottom Prices
chained from the vendors.
4) Register the invoices and ensures that all relevant documents as
per PO's payment terms are available.
5) Maintain and update the individual POs files to ensure proper
record keeping.
6) Ensure that vendors return their respective POs fullv stamped
and signed as acknowledgement of content and terms.

Analyzed information regarding current material, future needs and costs.
Divided and categorized received, Issued and redirected shipments in response to
production requests.
Prepare Good Receipt Note (GRN ) in ERP System and offer the material to QC
Inspector for inspection.
Assist QC inspector to carry out inspection.
Coordinate with procurement and quality for managing NCR's related to Materials
deliveries .
Ensures that all warehouse activities are properly documents and reported in a timely
manner.

future. Thus, any engineering projects strives to complete a unique output in stated time,
quality and cost.
The experience that I have gained gave me a big image of how I can apply the theoretical
side of the industrial engineering courses on the practical side of improve the
performance.
I was awarded a bachelor of science in” industrial engineering” from the college of engineering with a cumulative grade point Average 3.36/5 (Good) in the summer semester 2019/2020
