• Develop, create and implement the annual marketing strategies, tactics and KPI's to achieve organization objectives.
• Design, develop, budget and manage organization external and internal events strategy to maximize brand exposure

• Oversee the event execution in terms of budget, design, quality, location, branding, ads campaign, leads and ROI's...etc.
• Develop and maintain professional partnership with all stakeholders within local and international organizations.
• Manage all financial aspects with Finance team to close any outstanding bills.
• Produce post-event evaluation and closing reports for the event.
• Create a Sponsorship strategy that maximize event revenue and maintain strong professional relationships, as a result saving cost.

Achievements:
• Increase the department revenue for more than 4 million Dirhams through different marketing approaches.
• Organize more than 300 exhibitions, road shows, conference, workshops, official delegate tours and community events (locally and internationally worldwide).
• Organize DSO participation at GITEX Technology Week for 11 years.
• Develop, design and organize DSO Community Market events.
• Cost saving for more than 2 million AED and innovate new ideas for increasing department performance. (Details can be discussed during the interview).
