• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
• Commit to plant safety procedures
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
• Preventive and corrective maintenance in all plant equipment such as (batching plants, compressors, generator, Transit Mixers, concrete pumps, block machines, fork lifts and crusher).
• Report writing for the faults, making corrective action, making parts request and parts specification.

• Maintenance and Operation for all Youth Hostel equipment such as (chillers, AHUs, FCs, split units, swimming pool equipment, kitchen…etc.)
• Make scheduled preventive maintenance Routine for all equipment.
• Make problem reports for all emergency maintenance and permanent solution suggestion and perform the required action to start implement the solution.
• Make all financial invoice paper and forms.
• Supervise all labors to do the daily checks especially in swimming pool and kitchen, fire alarm system, water supply system, gardening and housekeeping for all the buildings.

• Evaluate the District Managers (DM) performance and their subordinates as well.
• Ensure the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) all over the Region is within and better than those stipulated in the contract.
• Root Cause Analysis for the Repeated Trouble Tickets (Outage and Non-Outage).
• Ensure the Trouble Tickets SLA (Service Level Agreement) all over the Region is within and better than those stipulated in the contract.
• Lead the front line maintenance District managers in carrying out the daily /weekly /monthly PMR field activities.
• Preparing Generators overhauling plane.
• Preparing PMR plane using computer based program WFMS for fire systems and firefighting, DC systems (Batteries & Rectifiers)...etc.
• Tracing performance of Maintenance sub-Contractors (Audit and quality assurance)
• Prepare tenders data and connect with subcontractors and put estimated cost and final prices for many tenders

Using innovative MRB techniques to resolve difficult manufacturing issues which are non-compliant to engineering and/or customer contract requirements.
 Responsible for preparing MRB engineering dispositions and related MRB documents for product non-conformance to restore the aircraft structures to meet the intent of the certified design.
 Work with Programs and Supply Chain to ensure aggressive schedule requirements are met while maintaining Quality compliance. Strong written and communication skills.

• Report writing for the faults, making corrective action, making parts request and parts specification and following up ISO 9001 procedure and ISO 14000.
