• Ability to maintain a positive customer service attitude and working relationship when dealing with associates, supervisors and managers. • Confirm all orders with buyers. • Help customers with all inquiries. • Taking Buyer’s delivery address and updates it in SWP • Confirm the cancelled orders with buyers. • Double check on big items and prohibited items. • Ensure orders are picked up by couriers and entered on the system. • Handling Delivery cases and ensure to resolve. • Coordinating with DOD, Marketplace and CS for seller Payments. • Ensure all orders has been confirmed by the operations. • Report the call tickets and daily actions on the back end tools. • Recommend process improvements. • Oversee all communications within specifically with in the customer service Department and other departments. • Following the team work & System. • Handling all kinds of complains and solve it with the concerned department.
