Supervision of all Construction Activities (Mechanical) at the BS180 Fuel Gas Compression Facility in Shuaiba & Meetering & Gas Pigging Faclity at the Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery.
Fluor has a PMC Contract with KOC. I'm assigned to the Booster Construction Project in West Kuwait
Responsibilities:
1) Startup of the Over Head Live Line Maintenance & Construction Project
2) Keeping the Project Financially healthy under very tight budget .
3) Develop and manage the EHS section within the project in compliance with Chevron Standards. The project was rated “B” by Chevron.
4) Manage additional services provided by the company not included in the original Live Line contract.
5) Manage the maintenance program for all vehicles and equipment.
6) Manage the High Voltage Laboratory for Dielectric Testing of Live Material & equipment.
Responsibilities:
1) Supervision & Control of operations at the National Gas Pipeline Transportation Company’s “Control Room” for the Northern and Western region of Argentina.
2) Risk assessment during emergency situations.
3) Optimisation of the National Gas transportation system.
4) Emergency drills
Oil Spill Response Company - Service provider & equipment manufacturer
Responsibilities:
1) Design of equipment for oil spill containment and recovery.
2) Design of jigs, fixtures and manufacturing processes.
3) Oil spill management control at various operation sites on Argentine waterways.
4) Risk assessment of oil spill control: containment & recovery method analysis and cleanup logistics.
5) Design and construction of oil spill emergency boats.
6) Design of hydro powered applications for use in explosive environments.
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility of the night shift newspaper production & dispatching facility for the largest Multimedia Group in Argentina
