• Ensure sales target are met by seeing commercial opportunities and excellent customer service • Manage stocks level & ordering, forecasting monthly sales and competitive analysis • Conduct competitor reviews & product feedback, perform daily, weekly & monthly reviews of best sellers • Coaches, motivates and inspires individual within are of responsibility to maximize and drive a performance culture. • Role model for customer service and boost sales and Brand experience. • Collaborate store merchandising without compromising the brand guidelines • Maintain awareness of market trends in fashion and retail industry • Actively create and implementing actions to motivate the team in achieving company goals. • Evaluate store employees performance and conduct staff training and assessment reports such as appraisals, probationary reviews, and personal development plan. • Deals with employment issues and conduct disciplinary actions when needed, recognize outstanding performance. • Prepare store training report and month end reports for accounting and HR purposes. • Updating records and personal files, leave records, medical insurance etc. • Performs a variety a variety of administrative task, maintains all records of cash flow reports, petty cash stationary supplies and inventory. • Coordinate and respond to all accounts and inventory queries
