RESPONSABILITIES
Provide technical support to the dealership, technician & related staff
Conducting on-the-job training for technicians on new technology and products.
Ability to Engineer, innovate and implement quality ideas for the process of customer retention, co-ordination of customer support and technical staff.
Diagnosing and rectification in various sub systems of vehicles.
Troubleshooting advanced electronic applications like navigation, air suspension, in-car entertainment, security and anti-theft systems, keyless entry, starting systems and various communication networks within the vehicle.
Controlling different sections within the workshop and ensuring a quick turnaround of vehicles for repairs and services.
Annual Budgeting of Equipment, as well as manpower requirements.
Capital Expenditure management. (Allotment and utilization)
Monitoring Labour sales, recovery rate, gross margin and work in progress. Analyzing lost sales and conversion rate.
Co-ordination between parts department and workshop.
Assessing the skill levels of technical staff and supervising the allocation of jobs accordingly to meet deadlines.
Ensuring proper utility of the SAP & Oracle packages in the day-to-day operations.
Planning, Modifying and Implementing processes within the work environment, to ensure higher work efficiency from the staff.
Monitoring and assessing staff skill levels and arranging to equip, train and provide support accordingly, to ensure updated product knowledge and skill levels.
Ensuring a “right first time fix” policy is followed..
Material and inventory management, merchandise categorization, goods movement and logistics.
