prepare two weeks induction plan for new joiners.

familiarize staff on how to use the equipments properly & store menu.train the staff to prepare mis en place.train staff how to use point of sale.train staff on how to order and make proper store inventory.
directly report to the operations manager, indirectly reporting to buss. devt. manager (secretary). collect & make necessary anaylsis of sales report and submit to the neccesary department heads. input & submit attendance for payroll to HR manager.

I was a graduate of BS Foreign Service maj. in Diplomacy. the main focus of this course is to teach the student the proper etiqutte in dealing with diplomats or persons of high importance or stature with the government sof any country. how to develop good relations and drafting treaties also if necessary.
