Handling the full personnel cycle from the first joining date to last working date going through preparing employment contracts, onboarding process, new employee registration in HRMS, TMS, GOSI, etc., payroll, vacations, disciplinary actions, employment contract termination process, etc. Developed and implemented effective HR policies to streamline operations and enhance employee relations.
