Lead the team in all logistics and outbound procedure. Doing shipment planning and assign drivers in there designated areas. Giving directions to my team specifically from Team Leaders and below. Overseeing the full outbound operations; from picking, allocation, sorting and packing. Fixing after sales issues and other customer complaints. Supporting Inbound and Inventory team. Doing HR basic works such as recruitment and hiring, onboarding, handling attendance and all types of leaves like annual leaves, emergency leaves and sick leaves. Issuing warning letters, penalties and deductions for any staff violations and conducting interviews during recruitment days. Overseeing department administrative job such as organizing files, maintaining supplies and responding internal and external emails.

Handling customer care, making shipment, cash collections, making invoice and cancellations through SAP, POS, OTRS and Magento. Updating short cases or items. Coordinate with purchasing and finance department.

Making customer invoice, making local purchase order and GR, check stock and inventory control, coordinate with the buying team for price updates and stock availability or adjustment. Warehouse coordinator.

Work closely to my Restaurant Manager. Expert, Teacher, and a good Coach to the staff.Ordering Manager, Scheduling Manager and Crew Trainer. Check product quality and do daily, monthly and yearly inventory.
