Responsible to help facilitate project delivery and administrative requirements related to planning, management and communication through effective day-to-day administration and coordination of the Corporate Facilities and Data Centers related Civil & MEP projects
Works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other project team members, including clients, in support of the success of a project.
Managed fieldwork operations activities and organization of subcontractors on a daily basis. Supervise the operation and maintenance of critical and non-critical services, FM Technicians, Ground Equipment operators and other skilled trade workers.
Manage Data Centers and server rooms, space & power allocations, cooling systems. Fire alarm and firefighting systems. UPS/ATS/STS operation and maintenance.
Develop, review, and execute change management plan on the equipment installations, power activation, re-location, migration plan, and disposal and PPM (Preventive Plan Maintenance) activities.
Data Center -Technical Facilities Management & Operations:
Project Design Management, Operations Excellence, Project delivery and Service Availability.
Administer Data Center Operations, maintain and support on the reliability of Highly-critical IT facilities. Service delivery management of IT infrastructure, space and power and other Data center project deployment. Provide technical solutions to various technology component of the Data Center environment and IT Infrastructure.
Technical Design and management operations of Data Center and Telecom Facilities.
Civil Infrastructure/Fiber Optic Network design and operations.
IT Infrastructure and Telecom Implementation.
Project design management and deployment.
Quality Assurance & Risk Management.
Disaster recovery and Migration planning.
Technical documentation and procurement.
