JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DAILY ROUTINE: Start of the Shift performed ELECTRICAL PANEL READING & COMPRESSOR CLEANING
2ND WEEK OF THE MONTH: AC CHILLER & WATER CHILLER CLEANING
SOP- MACHINE BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE
This SOP shall applicable for machine repair and breakdown that involves of fixing any sort of
Mechanical and electrical device
Procedure:
 Receiving of breakdown request from production department.
 Attending the machine and identify the root cause and planning the corrective action.
 If the breakdown is uncommon and required spare is not available raising request.
 If the occurred breakdown requires external services activities like machine shop work etc. Request will be raised.
 Refitting of spare in the machine and testing for correct functioning.
 Handling over the machine to production department for start-up.
 Closing machine breakdown request by documents the used spare and corrective action taken.

SOP- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF MACHINE
As per schedule production will hand over the machine. If the machine on schedule is required by production on the planned date, Alternated machine will be provided by production for PM. The planned machine will be taken the following day.
 Follow the checklist of the machine for the PM.
 Checking the machine for any damaged or worn-out parts.
 Testing of the machine for correct functioning.
 Cleaning the attended surface/area with alcohol
 Handling over the machine to production department for start-up.
 Updating the PM checklist by documenting the actions carried out and filing.
SOP- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL PANEL
Electric Panel to Be Fallow for Checking
 Main electric panel, should be clean
 Check and push button or Switch damage.
 Check all connection some loose.
 Check all breaker if coming burns.
 Ac in electric panel working or no.
 Clean/Change panel filter if have.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
MACHINE OPERATIONSs
1. Implements/ conducts Cleaning in Place (In Place (SIP) as needed
2.Conducts start-up activities per machine based on specified standard operating procedures
3.Checks availability of materials in operations. Receives and records material usage and spoilages
4.Monitors output to ensure conformance to product standards.
5 Conducts specifics machine testing and/ or checks to ensure proper operations
6.Conducts quality control and line inspection.
7. Conducts sampling and submits samples to laboratory for analysis as needed
8.Monitors efficiency and material yield for specific assigned equipment to meet plant's target and do coercive action to equipment or system it deemed necessary.
9. Conducts shut down or post operations activities per SOP
10. Maintain all required production records and set up as required by the system
11. Conducts daily inventory of material usage and spoilage.
12. Monitors and records operations-related data as given in the operator's report and machine logbook (machine downtime causes/s, materials usage/ inventory, significant incidents)
13. Prepares and submits daily operations report
MACHINE MAINTENANCE
1. Execute schedules maintenance of assigned machine.
2. Conducts troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance of assigned machines

Knowledgeable to operate DIICHE, ASA MOLDING MACHINE
