To manage the outstanding loans balances falling due and contact customers before the balances become overdue to confirm payments. Where required initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness

Developing, organising and administering a programme of forum events in response to the needs of the local voluntary and community sectors.

Planning and implementing charity events end-to-end from negotiating contracts space, arranging food and beverage, ordering supplies and audio-visual equipment, making travel arrangements, ordering event signs, and ensuring appropriate décor (floral, linens, colour schemes, etc.) create a good ambience.
