Daily monitoring of Accounts, Procurement, Stores, Insurance, Administration & Personnel Departments. Contribution in preparing all the required Vendor Lists, Subcontract & Service provider lists. Taking all the necessary measurements for the observance and pursue of host country laws and regulation, in terms of labour, taxes and customs.
One the most crucial duties is to monitor all the agreements with third parties regarding financial and administrative issues, as per the companies policies and procedures. What is more, there is active participation to the collection of receivables and insurance claims.
Last but not least, always ensure the availability of funds required for cash flows and maintain on time payments of any party required.
