o Monitor Non Compliance reports of contractor’s works and report to Project Directors, Head of Maintenance and Contract Administrator.
Coordination of management policies/initiatives for the Technical Office, review contractor’s documents for design and build contract and maintenance contract including QA/QC Plan, QA/QC procedures, H&S plans, Method Statements, ITP's, Risk Assessments and Commissioning Plans, liaising with Independent Engineer (supervision of the works) to ensure implementation of quality procedures during refurbishment and expansion works at 14 regional airports, overseeing and managing site staff to ensure smooth accomplishment of project QESH objectives, monitoring of Pavement Rehabilitation works at airports, reviewing concrete mix designs, asphalt concrete mix designs, conducting inspections during and after construction, review test results and coordinate additional tests.

Main Responsibilities

Implementation of Pavement Management System: Ilion municipality - 240 Km road network (Rosy software), Zografos municipality - 80 Km road network (Micro Paver software), Olympia Odos Motorway -50 Km of highway, (Rosy software)
Help the authorities manage Maintenance & Rehabilitation of pavements. Develop and organize pavement inventory, assessment of current condition of pavements, develop models to predict future conditions, report on pavement performance, planning & budgeting and analyzing alternative pavement maintenance and repair activities, develop scenarios for M&R based on budget or condition requirements, field inspection of pavements. Conducting measurements and analysis of IRI.
Quality Control consultant in various projects (Road construction in Tripoli & New museum of Acropolis for SALFO Ltd) and in private laboratories.

asphalt concrete, Testing for selection of quarry sites for aggregates, sand & borrow materials, Preparation of monthly lab progress report, Maintain records of tests on materials & completed works, Prepare all the test reports as per Contract Norms
