Finance Manager, Customer Business Development Greece, reporting to CFO P&G Greece
Core Responsibilities: • Head of Finance in Sales Department, leading a team of 4 financial analysts
• Enable delivery of company's financial targets via robust: Business & Financial Planning, Target Setting, Performance evaluation and Reporting in Sales Organization
• Lead P/L optimization at Retailer Level via identifying opportunities to improve ROI on Investments (incl. promotions) and Sales Mix.
• Work with Sales Director to establish strategic collaboration with the Retailers and agree on Joint Business Planning. Develop value selling concepts to grow P&G's business together with the Retailers' sales & profit (Joint Value Creation)
• Lead (in collaboration with Credit Department) Account Receivables management including Yearly Target Setting, Quarterly Forecast & Reconciliation & Credit Rating and Limit Setting.

Finance Manager, Commercial Operations Greece, reporting to CFO P&G Greece
Core Responsibilities: • Head of Finance in Marketing Department, leading a team of 4 financial analysts
• Co-lead (together with top management) company long term strategy including: i) target setting & alignment with HQs, ii) Monthly forecasting & reconciliation and iii) Management reporting
• Lead P/L optimization of total company portfolio to achieve business goals and drive sustainable and profitable growth
• Actively engage with peers at European level to share, but also reapply best practices
• Leads local & European scale corporate projects

Fabric & Home Care Finance Manager
Core Responsibilities: • Brand Portfolio: Ariel, Essex, Tide, Rol, Lenor, Ace, Fairy, Swiffer, Ambi Pur
• Lead P&L forecast & reconciliation on a monthly basis, with focus on key business risks and opportunities (market, investment sufficiency, product mix, market share etc.)
• Lead mid and long term portfolio business planning and budget process, indicating key actions that allow a financially sustainable growth model (pricing, investment, new launches etc.)
• Lead investment analysis of new launches and promotions, including setting financial success criteria
• Co-lead portfolio pricing, sizing and go-to-market strategy to enable business growth in a dynamic & highly competitive environment
• Coach and develop junior Finance team members on a going basis
Special Projects: • Competitive Intelligence: Lead corporate research and analysis on Competitors' recent performance or activities in Greece, in order to facilitate top management decision making
• Corporate Portfolio Analysis: Monitor corporate pricing and market shares to identify market trends and portfolio sufficiency, highlighting key risks and opportunities for P&G categories
• Country Forecasting Manager: Lead monthly financial reporting and review with top management and a team of 4 analysts

Customer Team Associate Finance Manager (Key Accounts)

Core Responsibilities: • Retailers: AB Delhaize, Veropoulos, Masoutis, Galaxias, Cash & Carry
• Single point of contact for all retailers' financial issues
• Lead retailer annual commercial agreements preparation with active participation in negotiation process
• Provide guidance to business team on the development of customer marketing plans, ensuring right balance between maintaining competitiveness and ROI mindset
• Monitor retailers' profitability on a regular basis
• Lead budget tracking and control

Special Projects: • Lead design and development of a new Budget Control System followed by total sales organization
• Lead Top Management Reporting on retailers' performance
• Lead Corporate Account Receivables' reconciliation and forecast
• Coordinate Finance for non-Finance corporate training

May 07 - Mar 08 Customer Team Associate Finance Manager
Core Responsibilities: • Retailers: Large Buying Groups, Jobbers, Independent Retailers, Distributors (Overall responsible for more than 100 retailers)
• Lead budget control reporting
• Conduct Retailers' Profitability Analysis
• Forecast and Monitor sales results vs. targets

Special Projects: • Gillette Integration Project: Ensure smooth transition of Gillette business in-house (from distributors) in regards to ERP systems (SAP), internal processes (Forecasting Cycle) and Retailer Contracts Renewal (incl. negotiation with the Retailers)
