Monitored, Inspected and Coordinated all Safety activities throughout the minor and major/critical task in all work front of the Projects (Meren GGCP/Sonam DSO Chevron Nigeria Projects and Egina Projects).
Coordinate all HSE activities related to Loading/Offloading of Offshore Supply Vessels.
•Coordination of project material receipt, planning, JSA, risk assessment, loading and offloading of metal plates and angular iron for the fabrication of living quarters, laydown, and flare tower project materials for the Egina.
•Ensure that subcontractors' HSE standards are aligned to the Group/Project procedures and provide support for improvement.
•Monitor and audit, that an effective permit to work system is implemented which control/minimize the potential hazards of all activities.
• Participates in onshore/Offshore HSE meetings providing updated information about company Safety indicators and others required.
•Maintenance of Auditable HSE Statistics, Safe Work procedures and Implementation of relevant company policies
• Proficient in risk assessments, behavioural based safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, auditing, root cause analysis, incident investigation etc.
• Prepare weekly HSE reports & messages to be distributed: Safety Alerts, Safety Feedback
•Keep up to date on local HSE requirements
•Enforced the concept of personal responsibility for complying, with applicable company rules and regulations
•HSE policies and procedures in line with ISO 14001, ISO 9001-2000 and OHSAS 18001 guidelines
•Used appropriate HSE management tools to maintain an incident injury-free culture
within the organization
•Multiple tasks, in addition to core duties, to support the team
•Liaise with marine department for the safe transport of project materials across the water way
•Conduct inductions to on-board vessel personnel
•Conduct risk assessment for on-board vessels activities.
Conduct safety tool box meeting and Job Safety Analysis prior to commencement of any task
•Conduct fire safety trainings to the workers
•Conduct Incident Investigation and administers corrective measures,
•Administer Behavioral Based Safety and tracks the behavioral trends of the workers
•Track and monitors action items generated from BBS observations
•Sign permits to work documents and populates KPI Documents
•Ensure compliance to HSE Compliance monitoring
•Administer daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly HSE meetings
•Coordinate monthly Safety committee meetings
•Conduct weekly inspections and audits and tracks all recommended actions for deficiencies found during inspections and audits.
•Maintain Good housekeeping culture
•Track unsafe acts and unsafe conditions found in the workplace and implements recommended corrective actions
•Conduct risk assessments
•Document HSE Statistics, LTI, RWC, FAC, MTC, PTD, Fatalities, proactive and reactive measures
•Ensure Companies PPE policy/practice is implemented.
•Conducts Emergency drills, Fire preparedness drills and work at height drills
Conduct Safety Trainings, Administrative duties and Facilitation of Safety, Health and Environmental courses
Managed the HSE responsibilities of the company throughout the entire contract duration and acts as interface between Dulrah works and the Chevron Project HSEQ team, also accountable for the development and implementation of the company’s HSE management system within the construction, oil and gas industries.
Conduct induction training
•Administer daily, weekly and quarterly safety meetings
•Inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers.

•Reports to HSE manager.
