As a sales executive you will be responsible in developing revenue for the hotel through successful networking, client meetings, entertaining, exhibitions, presentations, ensuring all revenue targets are achieved, and exceeded

To be pro-active in developing revenue for the hotel through identifying and winning new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships and cultivating new ones as well as arranging sales appointments.

Going for meeting daily to my travel agencies in maintaining the relation.
To manage and follow up on emails.
Follow up with group requests.

Administration.
To ensure that systems are continually and accurately updated with sales activities and research notes.
To keep accurate and up to date records of all companies researched, contacts, titles, business requirements

Increased the total sales of our products through:

- Proactively looking for potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending key events.
- Conducted sales meetings with various potential clients at their offices such as head chefs, purchasing managers of restaurants, hotels and retail outlets.
- Organizing of product and factory orientation to potential clients.
- Direct sales at Exhibitions and local food markets.
- Developing relationship with existing accounts and increasing their productivity for us.
- Handling the entire sales process: Making of quotations, sales contracts, placing orders, invoicing, and arranging of deliveries and payments.

Key Accomplishments :

- Signed up with 4 key retail chains as the vendor for seafood products which resulted in significantly bringing up our revenues.
- Opened a new sales channel by initiating direct local sales (not through distributers) to Hotels and Restaurants across UAE.

Other Responsibilities included :

- Collecting customer feedback and/ or complaints and handle them.
- Keeping up to date on market trends, new products, and competition.
- Checking on stock availability for my customers.
- Managing and updating of our social media pages.
- All tasks involved in the organizing of our stand at different exhibitions and events.
- Helping out in the production at the factory when needed.

Interships: Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort, St. Marten, Caribbean Intern (Various Departments of the hotel) • Worked with 4 different department: o Front Office  Check-in and Check-outs, answering queries and providing information, updating guest profiles o Accounting Department  Accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, inventory counts. o Reservations  Taking reservations, responding to inquiries, checking rates. o Sales  Mainly observing and learning. First internship: The Westin la quinta golf resort. Marbella, Spain Intern (F&B Department of the hotel) • Worked alongside the F&B director and assisted his in managing the different restaurants and bars.
