- Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.

- Development and launch of brand owned platforms such as Etisalat Cloud 9, Etisalat Prize for Literature: First Pan-African prize for debut fiction writers
- Development of creative branding collateral for each partnership/sponsored platform such as Press Ads, Venue branding collateral.
- Development of event briefs for all units (PR, Marketing Communications, Media and Event management agencies)
- End to End management of all High Value projects worth 300m per annum
- Supervision of all units to ensure deadlines are met
- Detailed management of all planning activities for each platform from event planning, publicity, media planning.
- People and cross functional management across all internal teams, external partners and vendors
- Prepare contract request and contact reports
- Press conferences and Press releases
- Prepare event hype scripts (Radio and Television)
- Social media engagement
- Prepare web and portal content for events
- Point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks, requests etc.
- Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
- Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received.
- Maintain and develop external party relationships
- Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
- Tele-marketing of products and services
- Rendering useful administrative support to other members of the customer care team
- Act as DOA and manage the team to achieve set objectives
- Train the team on learning gap (products and services)
Manage and supervise the marketing department
- Procurement of contracts and company registration
- Supervision of products delivery to NNPC Mega stations and Texaco stations
- Marketing of Company’s Product, Goods and Services
- Meeting with Clients within and outside the country
- Writing/review of Proposals received
- Invoices and claims
- Travel and protocol (Visas, hotel bookings)
- Organising meetings with partners locally and internationally
- Carrying out additional duties as directed.
