July 2010 - Till now: Currently working as Event Coordinator with Studentmug India Private Limited, an Event Management company taking care of BTL & ATL activations for numerous clients across
India.
As an Event Coordinator my Roles and Responsibility are as follows:
• Socializing & exchanging contacts through References, Linkedin, & Business Conferences
• Setting up meetings with Clients and understanding their requirements and working for the same.
• Prepare Presentations and Budgets for the respective project and negotiating with the clients for final costing and getting the purchase orders released from them.
• Aligning Vendors for the respective job work and negotiating for Pricing, Quality& Delivery
time.
• Working in continuous Shifts to ensure the work is executed on time for any events.
• Always ensuring a backup plan in case of an emergency in supply with any vendors
• Working with a Team of 10 including Graphic Designer, Accounts, Supervisors and Operational boys for the event
• Submission of Pre and Post event reports to the clients after the event
• Raising the invoice on time and following up with the clients for prompt payments

As an Intern i worked very closely with the Management and Students at AAMAI.
I visited many companies and met with the HR’s of the respective companies and marketed the Students of AAMAI for Jobs & Placements
Gave Tutorials to the Students of AAMAI in English Language & Computer Classes
Structured & planned on how to motivate the students and make them attend the classes
Visited the sites where the students were working and took their feedback and implemented the changes.
At IIPM(Indian Institute of Planning and Management) recognized by IMI(International Management Institute - Brussels) i have successfully completed my studies in Marketing and Finance with "First Class Division". During my studies at IIPM we have studied on various important subjects related to Marketing for ex : Porters five forces, 4 Ps, SWOT Analysis and many other subjects framing to the market and products. We have given numerous presentation individually and with a team on various topics and debates like India as a Growing Economy - A Boom or Threat ? (National Economic Presentation) where we have invited our Honorary speaker Mr Venkatesh Roddam CEO of Satyam BPO at that time to share his words with us. During this Presentation the unique thing what we did is we added a footage of general audience of different age group and lifestyle and showed it to our audience and we did received an appreciation for the same as it was done by the First time during the competition. Our team also stood 2 at this competition fighting with a total of 11 teams. We also worked on various case studies and compiled various reports and submitted to our Professors during our tenure of education. Research was done through all the means like Internet, News papers, Books in Library, Geographically as well. I also contributed to our college Magazine by writing several Journals and articles on Various Companies Branding Strategies in the Indian and International Market. With a team of 4 we paired up and also participated in the News Paper Writing competition and stood 6 position in PAN India competition and also received accolades from our Professor. Similar research and studies were always a key learning program in our Institute and with 90% Attendance i always dedicated my time for these research. My final thesis was also based on Customer Satisfaction in 4 Wheelers Automobile Industry. "Suzuki" Where i worked for a month at one of the Suzuki showroom and took a feedback from all the visitors at the showroom irrespect of they purchase a vehicle or not and try to understand their visit in the showroom and what makes them buy a car and what makes them buy the competitors cars. And then once they Buy the car i find out about Suzuki's After sales service and i also take the feedback from the customers for the same. I scored 64.17% for the same and i also received an appreciation letter from the Authorized Dealer of Maruthi Suzuki in Hyderabad.
