Duties and responsibilities:
⦁ Customer Centeredness and happiness is our main objective.
⦁ Creates rapport and handles each customer well, as each has different persona.
⦁ Assist customer for the documents needed to complete the medical process.
⦁ Pile files in systematic way to ensure less hustle in providing data in future use.
⦁ Ensure a high remark on services that we offered in the public
⦁ Handles complaints and resolve in positive way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities:
⦁ Increase sales by 50% and creates strong customer bond.
⦁ Provides help for the walk-in customers such as giving information about the product that we offer and encourage to avail the product.
⦁ Handle and resolve complaints with right words to avoid conflicts.
⦁ Creates report for weekly business activities for the accounts to distinguish which product is fast-moving and inactive product. In addition, discuss to management what approached we have to do in order to increase sales.

Duties and responsibilities:
⦁ Assist payroll operations monthly, which will be submitted to the accounts personnel.
⦁ Maintain employee payroll and benefit, documentation and electronic files.
⦁ Type correspondents; compile data for expenses for accounts reports.
⦁ Observed and maintain confidentiality on accounts given by the municipality.
