➢ Advising the management on implementation of policies and procurement
procedures
➢ Ensuring that the procurement governing Act is followed as per the rules and
regulations in the country.

➢ Monitoring and provision of office stationaries for all the employees.
➢ Administering to all customer and employee complains.
➢ Management Presentation for all the administrative and procurement work
monthly.
➢ Planning and enrooting daily deliveries for all delivery riders and vans.

➢ Banking of cheques received from customers.
➢ Writing receipts and balancing the system on customer payments.
Prepare the restaurant for service.
➢ Greets guests at assigned tables and ensure that each guest has been explained to
the available menu
➢ Take order from the guest and put through orders to Bar/Kitchen for preparation
