Procure goods on behalf of the company.
➢ Advising the management on implementation of policies and procurement
procedures
➢ Ensuring that the procurement governing Act is followed as per the rules and
regulations in the country.
➢ Ensure daily warehouse operations activities are carried out timely.
➢ Ensure operational documents are filled up neatly, accurately.
➢ Handle all enquiries within my capacity.
➢ Handle goods according to SOPs and customers’ requirements
➢ Perform and update the warehouse duty records temperature monitoring .
➢ Prepare and control administrative budget.
➢ Routinely re- order department’s supplies.
➢ Handle and ensure safety use of warehouse equipment.
➢ Receiving and checking deliveries.
➢ Posting transactions on pastel/Sage/WMS inventory systems.
➢ Receiving requisition for goods and preparing invoices.
➢ Maintain stock levels.
➢ Adhering to all the procurement procedures as per the procurement SOP outlined
in the Company QMS.
➢ Processing tenders and prequalification documents.
➢ Adhere to warehouse safety and security measures at all times..
➢ Assignment and maintenance of all the company logistic vehicles.
➢ Ensuring of security in the company by administering all security risks.
➢ Provision of space and working tools to new employees and visitors while needed.
➢ Arranging of training workshop, conference or exhibition venues for company
related activities.
➢ Monitoring and provision of office stationaries for all the employees.
➢ Administering to all customer and employee complains.
➢ Management Presentation for all the administrative and procurement work
monthly.
➢ Planning and enrooting daily deliveries for all delivery riders and vans.
➢ Arrangement and supervision for all office repair and maintenance works.
➢ Ensuring cleanliness in all areas of workplace.
➢ Supervising and ensuring pest and control fumigation is done as stipulated by the
QMS
➢ Overseeing handling and distribution of Hazardous chemicals and kits.
➢ Receiving and attending to all orders sent to the office until delivery to the
customer.
➢ Receiving and delegation of RFQs and other enquiries to the relevant departments.
➢ Receiving all incoming calls and assisting the customers or transferring the calls to
the relevant people in the company.
➢ Registering all outgoing letters and other documents.
➢ Dispatching of cheques to suppliers.
➢ Keeping and managing the directors and manager diary.
➢ Provision of any required assistance including brainstorming with all departments in
the company.
➢ Adhering to all the administrative SOP as outlined by the company QMS.
