*Managing design teams that include all levels of qualifications and experience.
*Coordinate design activities with all stake holders *Attending Client meetings on behalf of the project *Following up the schedules for all ongoing projects within the responsibility area, taking immediate actions for any delay matters
*Monitoring and following up the schedules for architectural and structural disciplines.
*Attending weekly progress meetings with Contractors &Clients
*Checking and controlling changes which were created by design engineer
*Preparing schedule of all design works while ensuring the submission inline with the schedule *Check and resolve technical inquires against to the standards and technical specifications in line coordination with all related parties
*Leading coordination between engineering and construction team
*Coordinate all design related aspects and shop drawing process with Design team according to the contract and customer requests
*Provide technical advice both internally and externally
*Produce Design drawing sketches
