• Inspecting the Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, and Electrical material receiving, installation and testing and commissioning
• Inspecting rail line installation, DFT and material receiving for cranes
• Review meeting with contractors at site regarding progress, site issues
• Ensuring the contractors are complying with standards, authority rules and specifications of the contract documents through inspections, observations, measurements, and testing as well as tracking quality assurance progress
• Review As Built drawings reflecting in detail as per site conditions and approve the As-Built drawings
• Raise Non-Conformance reports (NCR), Site Observations (SO) and review on corrective and preventive actions
• Snagging and De-snagging of works.
• Working on district cooling system for installation and testing and commissioning
• Monitors assigned subcontractor (s) for compliance with subcontractor technical requirements
• Preparation of daily, weekly and Monthly progress report, testing and commissioning tracks
• Monitor Health and safety of the construction works and report on violations
• Planning the work and organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines
• Review meeting with contractors at site regarding progress, site issues
• Review As Built drawings reflecting in detail as per site conditions and approve the As-Built drawings
• Raise Non-Conformance reports (NCR), Site Observations (SO) and review on corrective and preventive actions
• Inspecting the Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, LPG, irrigation system installation and testing and commissioning

• Review & Inspection of all Testing and commissioning inspections
• Raise Non-Conformance report (NCR) and Site Observation (SO)

• Ensure the works coordinated with all concerned authorities’ rules and regulations
• Prepare any site measurements and surveying checks needed by the Senior Engineer
• Coordinating with consultants for design, material approvals for plumbing, firefighting, sanitary & mechanical approvals
• Preparation of shop drawing, builder works, MEP coordination drawings.
• Responsible of reviewing all drawings, supervision, and inspection of all Mechanical works
• Conducting quantity take offs, coordinating plans and scheduling of site installation drawings.
• Material Delivery Inspection.
• Raise Non- Conformance Report (NCR) and Site Observation (SO)Review Sub Contractor
• Preparation of work progress report
• Attending all required meetings to meet project requirements
• Coordinating with all concerned local authorities required to site
• Preparation of monthly bill and following up for issue of payment
• Ensure the works are compiled with satisfaction, approved drawings, concerned authority rules and regulations
• Coordinating with consultants for design, material approvals, inspections and technical queries
