- Reports Directly to Sales General Manager. - Area Responsibility : 19 shops and more than 150 staff. - Regular Stores visits, conducting floor walks. - plan and implementation of the action plans to increase the sales. - update clients with information on new products, account status etc. - proactively meets the shop manager and sales staff leaders on regular basis to hear all complaints and compliments. - Determine merchandiser for the shop and implement price and credit policies. - Report the damaged items and the fast, slow moving items to the sales General Manager .
