• Manage and deliver consultancy and awareness projects including but not limited to
the implementation of ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 22301:2011, ISO/IEC 20000-1, and NESA

- Analyzing all the company processes, procedures & activities and classify them to get the most critical, which need to ensure their continuity
- Developing an alternative actions for the critical activities in case of any interruption
- Developing & Managing corporate Skeleton team
- Testing the effectiveness of the contingency plans
Developed and maintained business continuity plans on corporate level including disaster recovery plans for the mobile network. In addition to, implement ISO 27001 across the corporate.
Managed and Supervised all the activities of Core Network Engineering team:
- Core network planning based on yearly marketing forecast
- Provide up to date status reports by collecting and analyzing the statistics and measurements on a daily basis
- Ensure core network performance by applying optimization process
- Collected NSS data from various interfaces, built and analyzed core network statistics on a regular basis
- Created Core network performance reports, Monitored the KPIs and assisted in maintaining network stability
- Performed NSS core network performance measurement and troubleshooting
- Prepared NSS core network planning (dimensioning, signaling, connectivity, routing…)
- Suggested potential technical solutions and improvement to NSS core network
- Prepared and analyzed numbering plan usage
