Technical support Engineer for intune technology
Technical Support Engineer for Microsoft products:
- Cloud technologies (Office 365, Azure).
- Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, IIS, WSUS, WDS,
RDS….etc)
- Hyper-V management and deployment.
From to time i am working as outsourcing engineer for Microsoft Jordan in section Windows devices and deployment for EMEA region with account name (v-eyhjoo@microsoft.com).
VAS and Roaming Engineer.
• Joining the system preparation, installation, integration and customization.
• Implement ATP on site after each installation.
• System Monitoring.
Responsibility:
• Following up the core system KPI's related to application.
• An understanding & Transforming Business requirement by defining & Mapping appropriates policies & applying dynamic rules per session.
• Planning & Configuration of Service awareness functions.
• Analysis of Traffic performance & capacity utilization Reports.
• Bandwidth & QoS Management support - per subscriber/session/Service.
• Tracing and analyzing logs and CDR's.
• Installing, supporting and maintaining new server’s software infrastructure.
Skills:
• Familiar with GSM network and SMPP interface.
• Troubleshooting and problem diagnostics.
• Familiar with redhat Linux operating system.
• Familiar with database.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; self-motivated, hard worker, and high competence in teamwork effort.
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
Systems:
1) VAS - Voice Mail, Miss Call notification, SMSC.
2) Roaming - STP, GLR, Welcome SMS, Visitor Retainer, Steering of Roaming. Anti-Steering, SigMonitor (signaling probing system).
Projects:
GLR (Getaway Location Registered):
• Setup Sigtran connections with STP’s.
• Full Software installation and preparation.
• Testing all possible scenarios for inbound roamers by checking GLR flows.
• Installing web service for GLR by using JDBC connection with Oracle DB.
• KPI calculation for GLR.
SigMonitor (TDM/Sigtran based):
• REHL 6.3 installation.
• Physical connection with DDF (1 link set /4 E1’s with PCI X riser signaling card).
• SigMon SW installation and configuration based on provided TSL’s to be probed.
• Testing the probing function of SigMon with SMSW platform.
SMSW platform (Welcome SMS and Bon Voyage).
• MySQL installation with it’s scheme.
• SW installation.
• Configuration SMSW platform to get the triggers from SigMon.
• Configuration for (Win back SMS, Welcome SMS, Bon Voyage SMS, Tariff SMS, welcome back SMS)
• Testing SMSW messages for inbound and outbound roamers.
• SMPP preparing config with SMSC.
Creates compelling software demonstrations that address a prospect’s
business needs.
Develops and presents technical briefings, PowerPoint and other
presentations as needed.
Conducting training for our partners in office 365 and Zscaler cloud
security for sales and technical teams.
Travelling to the client sites to help with installation, deployment.
Installing, Implementing and Managing cloud technologies such as
Microsoft Office 365 and Zscaler Cloud Security.
Installing, operating Windows desktops and Servers
Systems Windows Server (2008 - 2012).
Windows Server 2012 AD, DNS, IIS, DHCP, GOP.
Fresh installing and configuring Exchange 2013, Mdaemon E-mail Server.
ADSL and VoIP- Deployment, configuration, Management and
troubleshooting.
