• Establishing Department structure \ Organization Chart \ Staffing needs.
• Developing all SAMA requirements while maintainging the obligations of the holding company’s compliance and Sharia Advisory.

• Participated in Creating workflow systems for all planed proceeses for the company.
• Development of all the documintaition requiremnts, Contracts, T&C, promissary notes, etc.

• Manage the CRM, collection, call center staff and SAMA care.
• Achievement of all KPI measurements of the department, including service activities within objective timeframes and completion of allocated collections workload.
• Balancing of workloads to meet quality and service objectives.
• Assess performance variances vs. targets and engage action plans to address them.
• Build and maintain relationships with all Sister companies in ALMAJDOUIE.
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
• Management of processes and procedures to support efficient operations, whilst maintaining appropriate controls and risk mitigation actions.
