-Customer reception and open a job card and taking notes from the client to the problems that are the cause of his visit to our company.
-Forward the job card to workshop manager to proceed the full check up for car to prepare the full report for maintenance required.
-Receive the full report of maintenance required from workshop to find out the required parts number by chassis no from (ETKA - PET - MICROCAT....etc) catalog.
-Checking spare parts availability in our stock and send inquiry to our spare parts suppliers for out of stock parts.
-Preparing the repair estimate and send for customer to getting the approval from him for that and explain the status of his car with parts which we should change and how its function in simple way to be able to approved our estimate.
-Inform the customer about recommended service for his car by makers.
-I take care about our service quality, small details and last touch in each car entering our company before deliver it to the client to get our customers satisfaction and appreciation..

•Receive call from customers who wants to check the availability and price for the tires.
•Receive all customers coming to our showroom to changing tyres or making service for the tires or making Wheel alignment and give him the advice for recommended work after getting the job card from our workshop manager.
•Give order to workshop manager to do the job after getting approved from customer regarding the service and price.
•Receive all LPO coming to our company from our dealer by FAX or E-MAIL and check from tire available in our stock and prepare the Delivery Order and getting approved from account and sell Department.
•Print the invoices after getting the approved delivery order and mention the invoice number on delivery order.
•Ensure from our warehouse in the branch permanently and do request supplying tires required from the main store when needed.
•When we have big QTY order i check availability of this QTY in our main store and transfer the delivery order to main store if available.
•I arrange a time to visit potential customers and new customers in the market (Tire Shop - Garages - Car rental companies - Hotels - Universities) and take details of tires that use them and the prices at which they take and inquire about the service that matters to them and work on the comparison of the strengths between the tires our company and used by the customer and our presentation of the client and clarify the benefits they will receive in the event of dealing with our company.
•I have great technical experienced in the saloon car tires and SUV and very good experienced in the light truck tires and heavy.
•I have experienced in the original sizes of luxury cars and sports cars and medium and small economic which available in the UAE market and has carried a full scan for tires sizes of all available cars in the UAE market in 2014.

1 - I have great knowledge in all types of cars and specifications (performance - stability - technical specifications) that are available in local markets in the Middle East and the world.
2 - I have a passion for cars dramatically.
