Implementing & managing Interactive Voice recognition (IVR): implement Interactive Voice recognition provided from Vocalcom to serve more than 3000 callers monthly.
Implementing & managing Employees Time Attendance system: Deploy Full Automated employee self-service application for more 1, 000 employee.
Implementing & managing Infrastructure Backup System: Install and manage EMC networker to backup 50 server.
