4. Develop and apply a performance management system and Management by Objective (MBO). That includes helping in the recruitment process in all the divisions, especially the key positions and division heads.
5. Develop and implement KPI’s in coordination with the managers for all divisions within the company by a well-designed KPI’s and objectives system
6. Maintain productive and beneficial working relationship with all the brands’ representatives, suppliers, partners, service providers and key customers.
7. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of the business performance, monitor achievements and apply corrective actions and measures in a timely manner.
8. Advise on new projects, new brands, and new markets to achieve growth.
9. Oversee the implementation of all projects and to direct/ approve them.
10. Ensure the compliance, at all times, of all managers and employees, to the approved corporate procedures, guidelines and policies.
11. Develop and drive effective solutions to business challenges and evolving market conditions.
12. Plan, direct and ensure the optimum and efficient utilization of the existing assets, and /or adjust investing in them according to the upcoming phase.
