• Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization, Make cost effective and timely decisions regarding departmental requirements.
• Ensures that the machinery and equipment used have the ability to produce goods and services for the client at an acceptable standard.
• Coordinates with the quality assurance personnel to ensure that the goods meet an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from clients, prepare reports on the current condition of logistics, and decide on the next course of action, Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding complete operation, including Major Issue, hazardous materials. Resolve any legal issues pertaining to all operation & departments.
• Managing import / export office in such a way that all deadlines can be met, Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensures business needs are met .
• Managing & controlling the project development in Warehousing from imitation to closure.
• Familiar with modern material handling methods and should have used technology and specialized software to improve productivity and reduce damages during storage and distribution of goods. Work with project contractors / Suppliers & stakeholders to complete the job outlining scope, goal, deliverables, required resources, budget & timing.
• Recommend purchase of new or improved technology, such as automated systems. Strong follow up with contractor & make sure with completion job & right selecting the contractors / supplier in the right place . Conducting disciplinary, capability and grievance investigations and taking appropriate action to address any failings .
• Provide continuous improvement solutions & provide weekly / monthly operational reviews Management training for how to Control & Solve the Problem ( A3 Solving Problem ) & Obtain Certification .
- Prepare Financial Statments, & other reports.
- Control Recievable & Payable on the company
-Prepare and control Petty Cash & Formatted.
-Prepare Salary (payroll) Sheet & disburse to stuff monthly including monthly deductions.
-Monitors Bank accounts
-Prepare a Payable list to forecast the payment and Issue a cheques to vendors.
--Provide weekly report to management .
-Inventory control.
-Credit control.
