Project: Flood Risk Mitigation Initiative / Riyadh Municipality.
• Manage and direct team of 15 person, to undertake day to day supervising the construction of flood mitigation and associated work.
• Monitor’s contractor performance pertaining to schedule and conformance to plans and specifications. Performs technical reviews and evaluations.
• Review design drawings, to check if any non-compliance with standard code and Ensure that Quality Control and Assurance are properly done.
• Review and approve shop drawings, Staff approval requests, method statements, project schedules, QC/QA plan, Interim payment certificates, Material approval request and any requests of inception relating to work in site.
• Provide high level project report to stakeholders, Executive committee and PMO.
• Maintain communication and coordinate with the Client, Contractor’s, Utilities and Municipalities.
• Convene and chair regular weekly site meetings.
• Performs staff evaluations of the project team and acts as the senior manager for all matters related to direct reports evaluations.
Project:
1- AQIQ Housing Infrastructure Project / Ministry of Housing.
2- SAKAKA LG Housing Infrastructure Project / Ministry of Housing.
• Successfully supervised the construction of 2 Infrastructure project with ministry of housing and obtained client satisfaction.
• Managed and directed the site supervision related to roads work and associated work including surface drainage, Storm water drainage network, grubbing, rock fill & road furniture.
• Provided guidance regarding scope of work, schedules, cost, procedures and technical issues.
• Reviewed and approved shop drawings, Staff approval requests, method statements, project schedules, Interim payment certificates, material inspection requests, Material approval request and any requests of inception relating to work in site.
• Coordinated with the Client, Governmental Authorities and Contractor’s.
• Coordinated with DAR Al-Riyadh design department for resolution of related issues.

• Monitored the site supervision related to Highway and bridges and associated works including the Piles, Girders, Retaining walls, Embankments, Asphalt, Culverts, New Jersey, and Furnitures.
• Oversaw quality control and checked that all materials used in works performed are as per specifications and supervised Material tests.
• Resolved simple design problems using both manual and computer methods.
• Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident Engineer.
• Assisted RE in reviewing Contractor submittals including Shop Drawings, IPC’s, Schedules, Quality plan, and
• Prepared NON-CONFORMANCE REPORT (NCR) and maintained logs.
