As the IT Manager of Hyundai Mobile, I:
• Created the company’s IT infrastructure from scratch.
• Managed all information technology systems and platforms within the company, including application development,
Service Desk, IT projects, IT infrastructure including network security and support; liaison between the company and
third-party companies.
• Oversaw the initiation and implementation of several IT processes and procedures for improved IT services while
managing all aspects of application development life cycle, identifying opportunities to gain efficiencies and
providing practical solutions.
