As the IT Manager of Hyundai Mobile, I:
• Created the company’s IT infrastructure from scratch.

Service Desk, IT projects, IT infrastructure including network security and support; liaison between the company and
third-party companies.
• Oversaw the initiation and implementation of several IT processes and procedures for improved IT services while
