Lead project of change volvo truck product range from euro3 emissions to euro5 to comply with new emission regulation in UAE.

Regional Product Manager for IVECO TRUCKS in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
We are managing and developing FAMCO business in our branches at GCC region to provide complete solutions for our customers.

we are working on developing our network and improve our team efficiency through regular techno commercial training for sales team and for after-sales team.
Marketing is another important aspect on our vision through customer events and seminar in which you can meet customers and show to them our products features.
Managing units stock to achieve higher turnover and avoid dead stock guarantee higher profit in business unit.
Good relationship with our principals is very important tool which help the business. Through joint principle support you can penetrate your market and get higher market share.
To complete our products managing cycle, we are looking on developing our ERP and CRM system to monitor our performance, sales activity and efficiency through KPI reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage and develop our business unit budget.
-Manage principal’s relation, and create business plans.
-Conduct business review meetings with principal and market regional managers.
-Manage equipment stock levels to achieve higher turnover and avoid having dead stock.
-Manage and control units cost.
-Generate stock sales promotions and clearance plans
-Provide business solutions for sales and aftersales
-Create regular customer visits along with customer action plan.
-Develop sales team through regular techno-commercial training to improve efficiency
-Arranging regular training for after-sales and service team.
-Developing ERP and CRM systems to monitor performance, activity and efficiency KPI’s.
-Create market intelligence through collecting needed data from different channels
-Coordinate customer events and seminars to display our products’ features and benefits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Brand budget.
- Monitor, review and report all brand sales results & marketing activity results.
- Deliver projects and marketing activity within agreed budget.
- Plan strategies and execute marketing activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
- Manage and track productivity of the marketing plans and projects by applying KPI’s.
- Review and adjust pricing levels reference to market needs.
- Conduct market research to identify market needs for existing and future products.
- Defines product strategies and road maps.
- Research and create sales tools and product enhancement areas.
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and insight development
