a. Recovery and Collector Senior
Job Responsibilities:
• Collect and recover bad cases starting from BKT 4 up to BKT 12 and write off cases.
• Recover personal loan, commercial loan, farm loan and credit cards.
• Handle and return backs as far as possible from loans arrears and write off cases.
• call customer at phone and visit them work and home
• Repossession on customer cars and attachment with Alain police to whom refuses to pay the past due.
• Persuasion customers if he can't pay all past due stay the same BKT.

• Open new accounts number (250) account per month:
1. 150 Current Accounts.
2. 50 savings account.
3. 50 companies account.
• Requests new credit cards number of 50 per month.
• 20 new loans or loan 2, 000, 000 AED per month.
• Solving the problems of customer accounts.
• The Requests of ATM cards. (New, Replace )
• Requests of Liability certificate.
• Requests a clearance certificate (permanent release letter).
• Requests of a certificate To Whom It May Concern.
• Requests of Transfer Certificate Account.
• Requests to postpone the monthly installment.
• Requests for holding of accounts.
• Requests for an overdraft.
