• Gather requirements, Implement, & train e-justice program in UAE Federal Courts.

• Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and gives recommendation on best practices for business operations
• Review the current business structure to identify weakness to provide the improvement.
• Participation in the planning for current situation data which is required for the current situation analysis
• Provide advice in the business process, efficiency, legislations compliance, and the required legislations to support digital conversion.
• Provide thought leadership, vision, guidance & direction for the Group’s IT strategy, information management, processing/support activities.
• Ensure all appropriate information management solutions are in place to full support of business objectives & strategic direction for the company and the entire sister companies & branches.
• Overseeing & coordinating the information technology functions of the company.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
• Planning & deploy the connectivity between the company headquarter & Dubai Financial Market (DFM), Abu Dhabi Financial Market (ADSM), Etisalat hosting facilities, Al Ain & Abu Dhabi Branch.
• Setting up and maintaining all the IT functions as well as providing day to day user support on hardware, software, printing and research systems of the group.
• Setup & maintain the IT systems of the group, including implementation of core brokerage system.
• Coordinate the selection and purchase of office equipment.
• Maintain network hardware; servers, firewalls, backup systems, switches and routers.
• Preparing IT policy & plan strategy development
• Providing advice to other managers, team & board members on IT issues & planning.
• Migrating, & setting up server infrastructure in hosting facility.
• Planning crisis recovery strategies, deploying antivirus protection, scheduling backup.
• Manage the customer support team. Ensures customers are maintained & satisfied.
• Receive feedback & work according to requirement of business development team
• Aggregate & select the content relevant to market & customer & Upload it to the CMS
• Undertake a review of content published & conduct regular user needs analyses
• Ensure the metadata standards as specified are implemented in all applications & content.
• Planning & deploying entire company NT Infrastructure.
• Planning & executing the company network migrations.
• Administering & Monitoring SMS content, chat, forums, e-cards, jokes, & cartoon channels through the CMS.
• Composing Managing reports for the marketing inelegance such as chat traffic report.
• Managing & delegating trouble Tickets through online supporting system.
Technical Support
·Repair any technical problem soft/hardware facing the company network and PCs.
·Support, Install, and configure software over the company computers.
·Providing technical assistance and customer’s support on phone/workshop/home.
·Presenting computers and accessories at the company premises and out side demonstrating.
