- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Review the scope of work of the project to determine the appropriate strategies to meet the deadlines and the satisfactory delivery of the work. - Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Discuss and establish the project construction methodology with the project team
- Monitor the progress of work until completion.
- Ensure that all works are completed on time and, where applicable, notify the management of any delays along with the costs associated with these delays.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members.
- Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- Control all aspects of the works including planning, administration, commercial, engineering, site works and documentation.
• Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products.
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
