Develop Enterprise Architecture that meets the needs and according to the strategy and goals of the Bank
Designs and participates in the governance activities associated with ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture.

Achievements:
Shift ADM ranking on ADSIC standards and IT architecture from 18th to 5th among 22 government organization by coordinating and aligning all IT function’s efforts with ADSIC standards.
Provide guidance and follow up for As-IT and transformation architectures within 45 running projects toward the target enterprise architecture for ADM

Responsibilities:
Responsible for IT enterprise architecture, technology short/long term strategies.
Oversee the development of business systems, management information systems, and online services for organizations to automate it’s business processes.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Lead and supervise the development and maintenance of the repository of IT documented architecture
Develop deep knowledge of existing systems and business domains to provide strong business / IT alignment through establishment of architectural principles and roadmap.
Work with business and technical managers to identify opportunities provided by new technologies.
Conduct researches and continuous monitoring of technology emerging trends and selective piloting of new products, services and methods to underpin innovation.

Responsibilities:
Define the IT Process Models for the day to day running of the Operations Division, based on both ITIL and eTOM frameworks.
Map processes and underlying procedures to the Enterprise Architecture Toolsets, including Service Desk and Assurance Software.
Define and/or review the security Operational Delivery Models for Contract Delivery and Transition of Service to the Customer
Update and manage the corporate Business Process Software, ensuring that the documents adhere to the Quality Strategy defined by the organisation.
Identify the Key Operational Process Elements when supporting the Product Development Lifecycle and subsequently ensuring a consistent approach is taken for key repeatable processes.
Ensure corporate awareness of interlocking processes across the various BU’s to support the end/ to end processes required by the Operations division to execute their responsibilities.

• Maintain effective communication and working relationship with auditees on control issues, and provide consultation when required.

Prepare and control the project plan including the business requirements and deliverables
Define JAM group business rules & business requirements.
Control & manage the relation with the contractors from all levels starting from the task by task bases ending with the overall objectives

Go through prototype testing, U.A.T. and parallel run.
Supervise the technical team on customization analysis and conversion plans.

Various types of economic theories and concepts such as inflation, pollution, unemployment, poverty and monopoly.
